SHIPPING – HONG KONG & MACAU
All domestic orders to Hong Kong and Macau are shipped by SF Express. Shipment fee is paid upon shipment delivered or at the machine at the SF Express Station (self-pickup service). Most orders under 1kg are charged at HK$22 or MOP$33. Additional charges may apply for remote or non-commercial areas.

Please allow 7 -14 business days for the order to be shipped upon receiving your payment.

*If the style is out of stock, the order may take longer to be processed. The final delivery time depends on the respective wholesalers in Korea.

INTERNATIONA SHIPPING
International orders are shipped by SF Express or EMS. Shipping fee is paid at checkout. Please refer to the following table for shipping fee of countries we currently ship to.

A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been processed, you will be able to follow it all the way until your order is delivered.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES
All our products are tax free. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient if there is any. Please contact your customs office for more information.

REFUSED SHIPPING
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS
We promise to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in good condition. We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if your order is faulty, please contact us at prettydressmall@gmail.com within 2 days from the date you receive your order. All return items must be sent back within 3 working days after receiving our email notification with return details, otherwise no refund will be issued. Pretty Dress Mall reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds at any time.
